Refrigerator/Freezer Replacement

Walk in Refrigerator/Freezer Specifications: The current units are Kolpak brand (Refrigerator) serial # 922030870P and (Freezer) serial # 922030870PF; the outside measurement of each of the units are 16' X 10' X 8'6" per the manufacture's label inside; the front exterior of the combined units covers 15' 8" X 9' 4" of wall space with a drop ceiling covering the kitchen; the interior dimensions are 7' 3" wide X 9' deep (front to rear) X 7' 8" tall; the refrigerator is positioned on the left side of the freezer; the drain line starts in the freezer and travels into the refrigerator and then out front on the left side of the refrigerator into a floor drain; there are pictures attached showing the current flooring to be removed; the photos also show the existing electrical access (voltage) and any changes will be made by a certified electrician provided by the winning bidder. It is recommended that any interested parties do an onsite visual inspection of the area to be renovated. Scope of Work: - Disconnect and remove the existing walk in refrigerator and freezer including the tile flooring (inside the units ) and properly dispose of the equipment. - Provide and install new replacement commercial grade restaurant quality walk in refrigerator and freezer of equal size and capacity to include new flooring. - Units must have complete polished stainless steel front exterior. - Replace condenser unit and refrigerant lines - Brand, model and manufacture must be identified in all bids. - Final cleanup of complete work area and travel zones - Provide training and explain maintenance requirements and intervals GENERAL SCHEDULE INFORMATION The Contractor shall provide all necessary material required under this contract beginning August 30, 2014. This contract will be awarded as a single contract. Award will be made as a purchase order from Cherie McQuillin, Contracting Officer, Special Operations Group Tactical Center. The Contractor shall assume responsibility for all operations required by the contract as of the first day of the contract period. On the initial day of performance, the Contractor shall provide a work force which is fully qualified and capable of performing all work required under this contract. Prior to the contract state date, the Contractor shall meet with Government representatives at meetings to be scheduled by the Government to assure a mutual understanding regarding work scheduling, administrative or work, quality assurance and control, Contractor responsibilities and other issues relevant to contract performance. 1. The Contractor shall provide all equipment/machinery and supplies necessary to meet contract requirements. This shall include, but not be limited to the following: a. Equipment: (i)Vehicle to transport and lift equipment/machinery, (ii)Pressure washer, if required (iii)Power tools. b. Supplies: (i) Employee uniforms and any special type clothing (gloves, protective gear, etc.)
