Reimbursement Agreement for California Heritage Youth Build Academy (CHYBA)

The City of Redding has entered into a reimbursement agreement with the California Heritage Youth Build Academy (CHYBA) for the construction of a 10-foot-wide sidewalk along the CHYBA frontage in Redding, Shasta County. The purpose of this agreement is to accelerate the construction of the sidewalk to provide an immediate public benefit, as the work would otherwise be completed at a later date as part of the VCAT project. Under this arrangement, the City of Redding will reimburse the costs associated with the construction.
