The task is structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price job order under the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, with performance governed by NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04 and compliant with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130 for packaging, marking, and unique item identification using two-dimensional data matrix symbology.
