This is a special notice of intent to sole source. The FBI intends to sole source work to Eagle River Investors. Eagle River is the lessor of the FBI Honolulu Field Office, and per the GSA lease terms, Eagle River has the responsibility of maintaining the facility and related necessary utilies. Following the completion of an underground utility network by the city, the FBI office must now relocate all telecommunications cable from above ground to underground, in conjunction with Hawaiian Telcom, the service provider. Eagle River will be responsible for handling this work located throughout the property, and coordinating with the service provider to ensure connectivity. This will serve as the only notice of this procurement action.
