This acquisition will be in support of Department of Homeland Security US Customs and Border (CBP), Office of Air and Marine. CBP intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the renewal of Software Maintenance and Technical Support for the Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC) Unitrac Electronic Tracking System and AutoFind Mapping System.


The intended contract is for the continuous use of the current vehicle in place.  The anticipated period of performance will be from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. The contract will be for a 12-month base year. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). It is imperative at this time that this effort be supported by the contractor that possesses institutional knowledge of the current support being provided to AMOC and the AMOC COOP locations.  Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Corp Ten International.
