Rental of Air Compressor and Regenerative Air Dryer

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price single award contract for the rental of a Grade D oil-free electric air compressor and a regenerative air dryer under FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13, using simplified acquisition procedures as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The procurement is classified under NAICS code 532490 with a small business size standard of $40 million and the Product Service Code W035. The contract requires delivery of the equipment to Naval Station Norfolk at Building 276, Portsmouth, VA 23709-1001, with the primary performance period running from June 17, 2026, to November 17, 2026, and six optional one-month extension periods extending through May 17, 2027. The vendor must deliver and remove the equipment at no cost to the government, provide all hydrostatically tested hoses and fittings rated to 150 psi, and conduct start-up training for Navy personnel.
