Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the Rental of a Grade D Air Compressor and Regenereative Air Dryer. This requirement will be awarded using procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Northern American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is applicable to this procurement is 532490. The small businesss-size standard 40 million. The Product Service Code is W035.
