The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Starrag USA, Inc. located in Hebron, KY. This is to repair SU-17's Accessory Head #48, Serial #48024737 utilized in a Naval Foundry and Propeller Center high-speed precision milling machine.
