1. Request engineering service to provide RFP SOW/GE/DD 1391/SAR/NEPA, complete RFP package and award projects FY 21 Q3. Request Final Package not later than 01January 2021. DD 1391 and SAR to be completed not later than 06Dec2020, NEPA/SHPO if applicable to start 06 Nov 2020 and complete /approved not later than 04 Feb2021. 2.Replace obsolete and deteriorated Switchgear and Transformer at Bldg 780, NBG This project will replace the old and obsolete G&W make switchgear, live front 15KV disconnects switch, leaking 2000KVA transformer. The new pad mounted switchgear and transformer will be installed outside the building in a separate enclosure in accordance with UFC & UFGS and MDACS. New primary and secondary manholes and duct lines and cabling will be provided.
