BLDG 1080 - NAVHOS & BLDG 1180 - ADELUP 1. Request Engineering Service to provide RFP package DD1391, SOW, GE, SAR , NEPA, and ESS. Complete RFP Package and Put out for AWARD project FY 25 Q3 ( June 2025) 2. 35% RFP SOW/GE (Design) submittal due date: earlier than 19 November 2024 ( FY25Q1) ; 65% Design submittal due date : earlier than 13 December 2024 (FY25 Q1); 100 % Design submittal earlier than 7 January 2025 and Final Design 14 February 2025. Design Release to ACQ/LPTA 20 April 2025. 3. Request to complete a Draft DD1391 earlier than 18 November 2024 . Final DD 1391, with SME review and signed by PWO/ARE to be completed 01 March 2025. 4. Request NEPA/CATEX/ SHPO and SAR to start earlier than than 20 November 2024 and complete not later than 18 February 2025. Project Objectives: > This project is to replaced approximately 810 LF of 12" CIP waterline with 12" Fusible PVC waterline . Provide fittings/transition fittings, thrust blocks, and combination air/vacuum relief valves, lateral valves, by pass pipings /valves, and appurtenance as required by design. Connect the new FPVC water transmission line to existing valves inside NAVHOSP Reservoir and Adelup Reservoir. > Provide Professional Land Surveying services to perform boundary surveys of the easement area. > Perform also a sub-surface investigation of existing utilities using Ground Penetrating Radar equipment to identify the presence and location of existing underground utilities.
