Request for Lease Proposal - Laughlin Community-Based Outpatient Clinic

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through RPO West in McClellan, California, is soliciting lease proposals for a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Laughlin, Nevada, under solicitation number 36C24W25R0107. The solicitation, amended multiple times through April 2026, requires offerors to provide a minimum of 5,500 and up to a maximum of 7,882 ANSI/BOMA Occupant Area square feet of contiguous space, with rentable square footage not exceeding 7,882 RSF.
