Request for Proposals to Provide Co-Managed IT Services

The City of Hinesville, Georgia, has issued Request for Proposals 2026-08 to solicit qualified Information Technology firms for comprehensive co-managed IT services. Proposers are required to complete several mandatory attachments, including a cost proposal, conflict of interest certification, non-collusion affidavit, and Georgia E-Verify compliance. Additionally, firms must provide evidence of commercial general liability insurance and may be required to demonstrate professional, technology errors and omissions, or cyber liability coverage. The City may also conduct interviews or demonstrations regarding specific technical workflows such as Microsoft 365 administration, backup recovery, and incident response.
