R:2022-042 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL AIRPORT ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, AND PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES The City of Del Rio, TX is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for Professional On‐Call Airport Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services at the Del Rio International Airport for the next five (5) years. Professional, technical and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the Airport’s capital improvement program. The City will be accepting sealed submittals up until 2:00 PM on June 15, 2022 . Submittals can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed below. All submittals received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The Sealed submissions must be addressed as follows: City of Del Rio RFQ for Airport Consultant Services Attention: Mary Acosta, City Secretary 109 West Broadway Del Rio, TX 78840 It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their submittal is received by the City of Del Rio City Secretary’s Office by the due date and time. Submittals received after the deadline shall be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualification, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
