Kearns Improvement District seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified service providers (QSP) to deliver reliable, secure, proactive, and responsive Managed IT and Cyber Security Services. Cybersecurity is the central focus. The selected QSP will support business IT while coordinating carefully with KID and its SCADA and other vendors to protect continuity of water and sewer service.
The District anticipates awarding a QSP a contract for an initial term of (3) three years with the option, of (2) two additional one-year extensions.
