Request for Quotations - Janitorial Services at the U.S. Consulate General in Perth, Australia

Dear Prospective Quoter: The Consulate General of the United States of America in Perth, Australia invites you to submit a quotation for janitorial services. We will conduct a site visit and pre-proposal conference on Tuesday 03 December at 2:00pm. All prospective quoters who receive a solicitation package are invited to attend. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations will only be accepted electronically. Hardcopy quotations will not be accepted. Electronically submitted quotations shall be e-mailed to PerthProcurement@state.gov by 5:00PM on Wednesday, 11 December 2024. No quotations will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449 2. Section 1, Pricing 3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications.
