AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by Tuesday November 29, 2022 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting Architectural and Engineering firms with the knowledge and experience of developing Building Conditions Report to submit a proposal for a potential Standing Offer agreement. This procurement will follow a one phase submission process. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section of the Request for Standing Offer – Building Conditions Report for deliverables within the National Capital Region (NCR).
Proponents shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the province of Quebec and Ontario. If a proponent is licensed to practice in only one of the two provinces, then that proponent must be eligible and willing to be licensed in the province in which they are not licensed.
Firms and individuals that consider themselves qualified to provide these services may order the Request for Standing Offer document from the Government of Canada Electronic Tendering Services.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
