The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded a multiple award IDIQ contract to provide a mechanism to support the agency in analytic support and technical assistance for models and demonstration programs that are derived under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). This support will include, but will not be limited to, the design, implementation and evaluation of research and/or payment and service delivery models to test their potential for reducing expenditures for Medicare, Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and uninsured beneficiaries while maintaining or improving the quality of care.
The maximum ceiling for all IDIQs combined is $3,500,000,000 over a 5-year ordering period.
