The Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for electronics and equipment to support translation services for its Language department. The procurement includes a Mac Mini workstation, Apple Studio Display, Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad, a Motu M6 Audio Interface, two Schoeps CMIT Shotgun Microphones, and two Avanti Door Refrigerators. Bidders must provide products that are equal to or better than the specified requirements; any alternative products must be submitted with complete technical specifications. All items must be invoiced and received by September 30, 2026. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on September 25, 2026, and must be submitted via email to Georgette Smith. To be considered responsive, bidders must use the mandatory bid response sheet and specify their lead time after receipt of order. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a strong preference given to contractors who provide proof of certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). Additional requirements include certification that the bidder is not debarred by any federal agency or Indian tribe and compliance with the Buy American Recovery Act for applicable manufactured goods. Bidders are prohibited from withdrawing their bids within 30 days of the bid opening date, and successful contractors must pay their suppliers within 10 days of receiving payment from the Cherokee Nation.
