CITY OF DEL RIO – PUBLIC NOTICE RFB R:2024-087 REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO UTILITY VEHICLES FOR THE CITY OF DEL RIO DUE AUGUST 9, 2024 BY 2:00 PM CST The City of Del Rio is seeking to obtain bids from qualified firms on utility vehicle purchases. Bids submitted must by qualified vendors must be the standard equipment and model. Vehicles included on bid must be new. Accessories and equipment on vehicle should also be new. Air conditioning on the vehicle should be factory installed. All equipment provided on each vehicle must be new and standard equipment from original manufacturer. If equipment is to be upgraded or substituted, it should also be new, and bidder must specify what upgrades are included in bidding price. In the event options or upgrades are required, the vendor shall provide upgrading of all support systems affected, in accordance with factory recommendations and as close to original equipment manufacturer specifications. The City will be accepting sealed bids up until 02:00 PM CST on August 9, 2024. Bids can be mailed or hand delivered.
