RFP #27-01, Employee Benefit/Consulting Broker Services

Henry County is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for Employee Benefit Consulting and Broker Services under RFP #27-01, with a mandatory deadline of 3:00 PM local time on August 11, 2026. Proposals must be submitted either through the County’s eProcurement Portal or delivered in person or via mail/common carrier to the Purchasing Department at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253; emailed or faxed submissions will not be accepted. All contractors must provide proof of Errors and Omissions insurance before any award is made and are responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to meet the requirements of the contract. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for sixty days after the submission deadline unless permitted by Georgia law, and Henry County retains full discretion to reject any or all submissions and to waive minor procedural discrepancies.
