Purchasing Department Request for Proposals RFP #27-05 Employee Benefit Consulting/Broker Services
Henry County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Employee Benefit Consulting/Broker Services. All brokers will be required to show proof of Errors and Omissions coverage prior to the award of business. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and Conditions of this RFP. RFP's will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on August 26, 2026. Late RFP's will not be considered nor returned. RFP's submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic RFP's are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed RFP's will not be considered. RFP's may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA.
