The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations from qualified organizations to provide Custodial Services for Eleven (11) Virginia Health Science (VHS) Parking Lots, Parking Garages, common green spaces and support spaces on the medical campus of Old Dominion University.
