Full Description
The team should be led by a condition assessment technology “neutral” firm that has extensive knowledge and experience with condition assessment technologies, can recommend and sub-contract with most appropriate technology vendor. The lead firm should not have any commercial alignments or interest so that an unbiased recommendation and implementation can be executed. The assets being assessed can include all infrastructure owned Public Utilities. The team should show its approach and successful history of executing condition assessments, and its ability to prioritize and execute similar work with Public Utilities. The team should demonstrate its knowledge, planning, execution, experience, and applicability of condition assessment technologies with particular emphasis on linear and vertical asset condition assessment technologies. The team must demonstrate its abilities and experience in the analysis of the condition assessment results to incorporate into Public Utilities' asset management strategy. The results and analysis will include, but not limited to, the following tasks: • Planning and prioritizing condition assessment and capital improvement projects • Developing risk scores from collected condition data and recommendations of subsequent replacement and rehabilitation activities
