The Hamilton County Campus of Ivy Tech Community College is soliciting proposals for a new and updated Security Guard Services contract. As one of the fastest growing campuses, Hamilton County’s need for contracted safety and security services has evolved and expanded. Respondents must submit a complete proposal that describes how the organization would address Ivy Tech’s current needs, future state requirements, and respond to questions listed in the RFP. In its proposal, each Respondent must describe its work plan for providing the requested services. In its work plan, each Respondent must provide a detailed description of all deviations from the specifications included in the RFP. Proposals must detail the capacity and approach to provide the College with a seamless transition in implementing any recommendations provided by the Respondent. This Request for Proposal (RFP) represents the requirements for an open and competitive process. Proposals submitted in response to this RFP are due no later than 3:00pm EDT on 10-20-2026. Any proposals received after this date and time will not be considered. A legally authorized representative of the Respondent must sign the proposal. Unsigned proposals will not be considered. Each Respondent must submit via Workday Strategic Sourcing (Ivy Tech’s RFP online submission system) one PDF copy of the complete proposal. Final submission is complete when all the required steps outlined in Workday Strategic Sourcing have been completed. Do not hesitate to reach out to Ivy Tech’s designated employee contact for this RFP to confirm the completeness of a final submission.
