The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive event management and support services for the College Corps Statewide Cohort Experience initiative. The selected contractor will plan and execute 16 large-scale statewide events over a two-year period; facilitate content planning processes; assist with session facilitator recruitment, training and preparation, and support efforts as directed by California Volunteers; produce event materials and environmental branding; and provide overall project management, staffing, logistics, and operational oversight in support of California Volunteers¿ goal of building a shared sense of identity, connection, and purpose among College Corps fellows across California. The up to award amount is $1,488,074.00. Important notes for proposers: -A minimum of 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services (DVBE) and a minimum of 25% Small Business (SB) participation is required to submit a proposal -Requires a minimum total dollar amounts for the Personnel, Staffing, and Subcontractor Costs (Minimum $686,000), Indirect Event Costs (Minimum $188,000), and Direct Event Costs (Minimum $537,000).
