RFP SSU 2027-01 Building Automation System Maintenance and Repairs

Salem State University is soliciting electronic proposals from qualified contractors to provide campus-wide maintenance and support for its Building Automation System (BAS) and automatic temperature control infrastructure. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repair, programming, integration, operator support, and both emergency and non-emergency on-call services.
