RFQ: CRAFT TRAINING PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is soliciting proposals for a Craft Training Program Administrator to provide construction-related training and program administration services in support of its capital improvement program. The selected firm or firms will be responsible for delivering industry-recognized training through various methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on training, virtual learning, and web-based modules. Administrative duties include managing contractor participation, training accounts, reimbursements, compliance monitoring, reporting, and program closeout activities. The contract is for a three-year term with no renewal options and has a business enterprise goal of 0 percent, which requires SBE+ certification to meet. Applicants must adhere to strict compliance and disclosure requirements, including the submission of a Business Disclosure Form and a Certificate of Anti-Corruption Compliance, which mandates adherence to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Airport's Code of Business Ethics. The solicitation process utilizes the Euna Bonfire portal and a specialized Electronic Business Development Forms Application for digitized submissions and DocuSign integration. Failure to properly complete the required business disclosure and certification forms may result in a proposal being deemed non-responsive. This solicitation is conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and Government Code 2254.
