RFQ: Modernization and Architectural Services

LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT to REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS for MODERNIZATION COORDINATOR AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES for the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BOSSIER CITY The Housing Authority of the City of Bossier City (HABC) is extending an opportunity for Modernization Coordinator and Architectural Services. The proposer’s qualifications should indicate the ability to perform the work required in a timely and sufficient manner. This entire procurement procedure and contract award is subject to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and all applicable Federal/State law and/or regulations. HABC reserves the right to suspend this procurement action if it is found not in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations or in the event of any impropriety. The contract and award will be made at HABC’s discretion. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFQ or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request. Responses are due on October 7, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the Administrative Office, 2500 Line Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71104. An interview may be conducted with qualified proposers during the evaluation of the proposals. The HABC reserves the right to reject any or all submissions when it deems it to be in the best interest of the HABC.
