The Fuel procured from this buy will cover various bases in the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore region the United States. The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through September 30, 2020. The Delivery Period is to October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020, with a 30-day Carry Over. The methods of delivery will be By Tanker, Barge, Truck, and Pipeline.
