The City owns and/or operates multiple power plant sites. The primary site is the Roseville Energy Park (hereinafter “REP”) which is a gas-fired 165 MW combined-cycle power generation facility with an additional 2 – GE TM2500 simple cycle turbines, and a zero liquid discharge system. The Roseville Sunset Energy Center (hereinafter “RSEC”) is a gas fired 50 MW simple cycle peaking power plant which has 2 – GE Frame 5, and additional process support equipment. Power generation operations and maintenance includes work on gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators, a cooling tower, crystallizers, sumps, tanks and other pieces of equipment. The City is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Cooling Tower Maintenance services.
