This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Roster for Election Compliance Auditors as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).Niagara Region is seeking to establish a roster of providers for Election Compliance Audit Services in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act to conduct compliance audits of candidate’s or registered third party’s election campaign finances on an as required basis. Proponents submitting a proposal must be licensed under the Public Accounting Act, 2004.
