Aging and Adult Services of Coastal Washington is seeking proposals for the Rural Health Transformation Mobile Services project to provide auxiliary mobile health services in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Pacific counties. The program aims to expand or create low-barrier, free preventative health services for underserved rural populations, with a specific focus on women's health, podiatry, and dental care. Preference will be given to providers who can strengthen local infrastructure and serve high priority areas. All services must be delivered by licensed staff and cannot be contingent on client documentation regarding income, age, or disability status. The initial contract period is expected to run from January 1, 2027, through April 30, 2027, with a possible one-year renewal based on performance and funding. While the final deadline for proposals is January 9, 2027, an initial review will take place on November 9, 2026. It is important to note that this program will not fund services that are reimbursable by insurance, as contractors are responsible for determining coverage and billing insurance providers directly.
