This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1275 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Rx7i PACsystem components. All SCADA components delivered under this contract shall be new, unused, and of current manufacture. Refurbished, reconditioned, remanufactured, or previously deployed items are not acceptable.


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 335313- Swithgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,250 Employees.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 


Submissions shall be emailed to david.hildebrand@usda.gov with the subject line “RFQ 1232SA26Q1275”.  It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure the Government is in receipt of the offer by the deadline. Contractors shall not wait till the last minute and assume the email will be received by the Government before the time of closing.
