Scope: The project involves replacement and startup testing of the San Joaquin Reservoir outlet valve actuators located along various elevations of the east reservoir embankment, along with the solenoid valves, flow control valves, and ball valves located within the valve control cabinet structure. The two (2) valve actuators with the higher elevations shall be replaced above the reservoir waterline and the three (3) valve actuators with the lower elevations shall be replaced below the reservoir waterline. All valves associated with the valve control cabinet shall be replaced in kind.
