DHS’s Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) is now accepting requests for membership in the Screening Systems Data Sharing Consortium. Membership will be granted in the form of a bilateral Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). The text of the CRADA consists of ten standard articles and an appendix identifying terms common to all Consortium members (Appendix A, Statement of Work). An additional appendix, Appendix C, Collaborator-Specific Project Plan, allows Consortium Partners to negotiate specific terms with TSL consistent with the provisions of the CRADA Articles, and Common Terms (Appendix A, Statement of Work).

Organizations interested in joining the Consortium should contact Mari Torres, maria.torres@st.dhs.gov and request the CRADA template.
