Performance Enhanced Real-time Ground Environment (PEREGRINE) Sentry
Solicitation # SDA-SN-26-0016
The Space Development Agency is seeking capable sources for the Performance Enhanced Real-time Ground Environment (PEREGRINE) Sentry effort to support the resilient missile warning and tracking mission. The objective is to evolve the current PWSA ground segment into a secure, multi-tenant common development environment and a loosely-coupled, Modular Open Systems Architecture compliant ground segment framework. The selected lead platform integrator will be responsible for managing the software ecosystem framework lifecycle, ingesting third-party application developer capabilities, and executing a low-risk legacy capability transition under a strict do no harm paradigm. The anticipated acquisition strategy begins with an 18-month firm-fixed-price Other Transaction Agreement prototype contract focused on developing the cloud-native framework and environment. This may be followed by a production contract consisting of a three-year base period and two three-year option periods. Prime contractors must maintain a Top Secret facility clearance and are subject to potential Organizational Conflict of Interest restrictions, which may preclude them from developing mission applications integrated into the ecosystem. Responses to this sources sought notice, which are for informational purposes and not a formal solicitation, are due by October 30, 2026, and must be limited to thirteen pages excluding the cover page.
