Pre-Solicitation Notice RFP-200-1143-WR The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing comprehensive management and operation of a secure juvenile facility for male juvenile Federal offenders held under the authority of United States statutes within forty (40) miles of the Bert Mooney Airport at 101 Airport Road in Butte, Montana, and within any of the following counties in Montana: Silver-Bow, Powell, or Deer Lodge. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, "Secure Juvenile Facility, Amended July 2006". This is a firm-fixed unit price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract. The services are to be 100% male for the one-year Base Period, and for each of the four (4) one-year Option Periods. The guaranteed minimum number of inmate days is 7,300, and the estimated maximum number of inmate days is 17,520 for the one-year base period; guaranteed minimum inmate days is 7,300, estimated maximum inmate days is 17,520 for option year one; guaranteed minimum inmate days is 7,300, estimated maximum inmate days is 17,520 for option year two; guaranteed minimum inmate days is 7,320, estimated maximum inmate days is 17,568 for option year three; and guaranteed minimum inmate days is 7,300, estimated maximum inmate days is 17,520 for option year four.
