The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of General Services is soliciting qualified contractors for the Security, Surveillance, and Fire System Maintenance Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) contract, number 4400032957. This contract establishes a pool of qualified suppliers eligible to respond to Requests for Quotes (RFQ) from various Commonwealth agencies for the maintenance of nine specific system types, including fire detection and suppression, CCTV, access control, security communication, material/substance detection, emergency communication, and special surveillance equipment. The scope covers preventative maintenance, repair, testing, monitoring, and upgrades, specifically excluding installations requiring structural changes.
