The National Park Service, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, is soliciting commercial services for the annual inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection and water systems, including 38 backflow prevention assemblies and structural fire alarm and sprinkler systems, under solicitation number 140P8526Q0052. This is a firm fixed price contract issued as a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541350, with a small business size standard of $11.5 million in average annual receipts. The work must be performed between June 1 and July 30, 2026, at designated locations within the parks, with specific restrictions on work hours—including a 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM window Monday through Thursday and restricted hours in occupied housing units. Offers must be submitted electronically via email to brian_roppolo@nps.gov by 12:00 PM Pacific Time on May 12, 2026, and must include a completed SF 1449 form, a technical approach narrative of no more than five pages, and other required documentation.
