SILVER SPRINGS TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION

The approved work includes constructing two concrete free-span bridges with steel components, concrete footings, headwalls, and retaining walls to cross the creek, alongside five High-Density Polyethylene storm drainpipe outfalls linked to roadway and drainage systems within a single-family residential development comprising 101 lots. These alterations are intended to support infrastructure needs while managing creek flow and stormwater runoff. The project is managed through El Dorado County, with environmental oversight provided by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and all correspondence and compliance matters should be directed to Caitlyn Oswalt, Environmental Scientist, or Amelia Pedri of the county planning department. The agreement was officially posted on June 29, 2026, as a forecast notification, and no solicitation or procurement process is currently active. The project location is within California, and all work must adhere to the conditions outlined in the authorized Streambed Alteration Agreement to minimize impacts on aquatic habitats and maintain regulatory compliance.
