Master Agreement 101625 is a cooperative purchasing contract between Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative, and Landscape Structures Inc. for the provision of playground, water play, aquatic equipment, site amenities, and outdoor fitness equipment. The agreement establishes a procurement solution for thousands of governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada. The contract term is four years, effective through December 17, 2029, with potential extensions up to seven years. The scope of work includes turn-key solutions encompassing the design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation of inclusive, durable equipment that complies with ASTM F1487, CAN/CSA Z614-20, CPSIA, and IPEMA safety standards. Under the agreement, participating agencies receive a 6% discount on single equipment orders up to $80,000 and a total volume discount of 8% for orders exceeding that amount. Landscape Structures Inc., a 100% employee-owned entity, is required to maintain general liability insurance of $1.5 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate. The contract mandates strict compliance with federal regulations, including the Davis-Bacon Act for prevailing wages, the Buy American Act, and various environmental and anti-terrorism certifications. Performance and delivery terms are negotiated on a transaction-by-transaction basis, with the participating entity responsible for final inspection and acceptance of the operational equipment.
