Skywest Pump Station AC Unit Replacement

The City of Hayward is soliciting lump-sum bids for solicitation 27-013 to replace the aging HVAC system at the Skywest Pump Station located at 22487 Skywest Drive, Hayward, California. This facility is a critical component of a regional emergency water intertie between the City, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, and the East Bay Municipal Utility District. The project requires a qualified contractor with a current C-20 license to remove existing equipment and install a new 20-ton split-system HVAC system, utilizing York or approved equal equipment with R-454B refrigerant.
