INTRODUCTION
Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified small business resellers capable of providing Entrust Datacard Corporation products, including renewlas and new purchases. Selected vendors will support INL operational needs by supplying secure credentialing, identity, and card issuance software technologies.
BACKGROUND
INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory dedicated to nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. Many INL operations require secure and reliable identity management products. Entrust Datacard solutions, such as card printers, consumables, software, and secure credentialing components, are used across INL facilities. To ensure reliability, compliance, and continued support, BEA is seeking small business resellers who can provide:
- Authorized Entrust Datacard product sales
- Reneglas purchases and associated materials
- Secure supply chain and delivery processes
- Technical product knowledge and support capability

SCOPE OF WORK
