The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Rockland Psychiatric Center-Middletown Campus (RPC/MT) are seeking to procure, through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Snow Removal Services for RPC/MT, located at 45 Ashley Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940. OMH intends to award a 5-year contract for these services, effective 12/01/2024 - 11/30/2029. The Scope of Work is detailed in Appendix D of the attached draft contract boilerplate. The attached IFB document provides instructions & attachments for submitting a bid, including Attachment D - Bid Quote Sheet. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. A mandatory site visit will be held at the facility on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 9:30am ET. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Friday, October 4, 2024 by 3:00pm ET.
