Software Management for Alaris Infusion Pumps

The contractor will provide comprehensive software management services for the Alaris Infusion System, specifically supporting BD’s Alaris Support Program to maintain and operate server-based components including Alaris Systems Manager on Windows Server 2022 LTSC, Guardrails Suite MX Version 12.x, and Alaris System Maintenance Version 12.x. Services encompass software enhancements, remote and on-site technical support, patching in accordance with OEM protocols, analytics tools, and training delivered via internet, webinar, and on-site formats, all focused on VA North Texas, VISN 17.
