Mesquite Independent School District (MISD) is seeking to retain qualified persons and/or companies to provide software, online subscriptions, hardware, services and communication services. All vendors are encouraged to participate even if vendors are sole source providers. These services shall be purchased on an "As Needed" basis, with MISD making the sole determination of need. Multiple provider awards are anticipated to provide MISD with a variety of resources for needed services. Services requested include, but are not limited to software, subscriptions, phone services, and staff development services to train personnel on how to use the subscriptions. On a periodic basis, submitted proposals will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district. Awards will be made throughout the open period of solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. Proposers will then be notified of the district's decision. The term of this contract shall commence upon the date of award and shall continue through June 30 of the award year. The contract may be renewed annually, upon mutual agreement, with all renewals not to extend beyond May 31, 2031. Federal funds may be utilized to procure this service and all submittals must conform to the procurement standards identified in CFR Part 200 §§200.317 through 200.327.
