Attachment 1 PWS and QASP Section 9.1.6 states analysis delivery timing, all samples shall be delivered to the contractor within the period of performance.  2.  Attachment 1 PWS and QASP section 9.2 states "Methods Required."  Alternate methods outside of the Methods Required will not be accepted.  


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  


Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0500 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Soil Fertility Testing.
