The Missouri Army National Guard intends to issue a Sole Source Contract for - MILITARY FUNERAL HONORS VETERANS SERVICE ORGANIZATION (VSO) SUPPORT BACKGROUND: The purpose of this contract is to provide the Joint Forces Headquarters Missouri (JFMO) Military Funeral Honors (MFH) Program (JFMO-CMH) with Authorized Provider Partnership Program (AP3) elements as solicited by the Department of Defense. To enhance the minimum support of two uniformed service members mandated by Congress, Veterans Service Organizations have been asked to participate and enhance the Military Funeral Honors Ceremony.
