The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract under the authority of FAR 13.501, Sole Source, to i3Solutions, located at 21515 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 260, Sterling, VA 20166, for maintenance, support, and upgrades to the FMCS Arbitration System. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit technical capabilities, which, if received by September 25, 2020 3:00PM EDT, shall be considered by the Government. All responses must be submitted to Erika LeTourneau, eletourneau@fmcs.gov. A determination by the Government to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
