The acquisition is structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a base year and four optional one-year renewal periods, extending up to five years total, and is exclusively set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), with a cascading provision allowing award to other small businesses if insufficient ISBEE competition exists.
