The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission in Accra, Ghana. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance of the contract is one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government).
An in-person Site Visit will be conducted on 16 March 2026 (see Section L.1 of the solicitation).

Amendment A0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to:
- Respond to the Site Visit questions posted by potential offerors.
- Update the VAT to 20% in Section B.7.5
- Incorporate the updated Exhibits D, E, F, M, P, Q and S.
- Incorporate Section L.11.1.8, US Person Certification. This will also be incorporated in Section L.11.1, Tab G of the Price Proposal.
- Remove mention of Exhibit U from Section J and designate this exhibit as RESERVED.
- Incorporate the following instruction into Section L.11.2.1.2, "Offerors shall identify the manufacturer, make, model, and quantity of all essential equipment required for contract performance. In addition, offerors shall complete the tables in Exhibit D by providing the estimated quantity for the entire contract, unit cost, total cost (including base and option years), and the anticipated country of origin

The proposal due date is extended. All proposals will be due Monday, 27 April 2026 at 12:00EST. All other terms and conditions
